ITS BECAUSE YOU STOPPED SQUEEZING IT! Squeeze it a little bit as u go and glue still comes out.

Ok this is really a great way to cut HTV and save our scraps. One thing I want to know is how did you do your seeds and the light green design, because if I put a .25 offset, it will only cut around the seed and I will still have to cut the half circle right? This was a lot for my brain to wrap around. ha ha. Thank you.
